Wendy Shanahan

Wendy is paralegal to William McGonagle and has worked for Mr. McGonagle for over ten years. Wendy joined us with experience of litigation matters from attorneys in Seattle and Kitsap County.

 

Laura Falivena

Laura has been with the Firm for eight years and is a legal assistant to both Roger Sherrard and Matthew Lind. Her primary focus is on probate and estate settlement.

 

Colleen Mriglot

Colleen has worked in the legal field since 1991 in King and Kitsap Counties. She has experience in various civil litigation areas, including construction law, real estate/land use, and personal injury. Colleen recently joined the staff of William McGonagle at our Bainbridge office, and works primarily on personal injury matters.

 

Jennifer Steele

Jennifer joined our firm in 2009 bringing over five years experience as a paralegal in a variety of different legal areas. Her primary focus is on estate planning and corporate and real estate matters.

 

Jessica Robison

Jessica Robison brings nearly 15 years' experience in various areas of law. As a legal assistant to Richard Tizzano for several years, her current focus is on elder law, estate planning, guardianship, and adoptions. Prior to joining our firm, Jessica had extensive experience in criminal law, including victim services and advocacy.
